Before you can post anything here you will need to register.

To register, just go up to the top right corner of your screen and click on the register link. You will be asked to define a username and password. These are what you will then use to log in next time.

Unless you know what you are doing, I suggest you leave all the options at the default settings. the main ones you will want to look at are whether or not to display your email address (I suggest not), and whether you want to be notified when someone replies to your posting - I suggest yes.

Once you are registered, you can then change your profile - username, passwords, email etc. at any time using the profile link above.

To log in, just use the username and password that you used to register. You cannot log in unless you have first registered, and you cannot post unless you have logged in.
